 If you’re looking for some new drink inspiration Lynda has a great metabolism booster to keep you energized through the winter. This beverage makes your metabolism work faster simply by drinking it throughout the day. 

You Need:

·      A pitcher

·      2 cups of brewed teALCHEMY green tea

·      1 medium size cucumber skin on, cut in circles

·      2 pieces of cinnamon sticks

·      Fresh mint leaves – large handful

·      1 Granny Smith apple, cut in pieces, skin on

·      1 medium size fresh ginger cut in pieces

·      1 lemon cut with skin on

To Make Lynda’s Metabolism Booster:

Steep 2 cups of one of teALCHEMY’s Green Teas as per the directions on the label. Recycle the used tea leaves. Place all the remaining ingredients in the pitcher. Fill the pitcher to top with water. Leave it in the refrigerator over night. Strain off all the liquid into another pitcher. Recycle used fruits and herbs. Drink the juice throughout the day. Repeat the recipe for as long as 30 days. Do not drink the same juice 2 days in a row it has to be freshly made every day.
