Where can I find a complete list of the ingredients in your tea?
We’ve compiled an Ingredients Page where you can learn about the eight tea types as well as the herbs and spices we have included in our blends.
Where can I find information about food allergies and special dietary needs such as gluten, nuts, lactose, etc.?
Please read each tea label carefully as all ingredients are identified there. For your precaution, we state in bold fonts when nuts and or sugar are present. Our teas are typically gluten free however we cannot guarantee gluten has not been used in some facilities.
Can we sell Tealchemy in our restaurant, wellness center, yoga studio or place of business?
Of course! We offer competitive pricing to businesses and would be happy to book a consultation appointment with you to discuss your company’s needs. Visit our Contact Page and give us a brief description of your company and what you are interested in.
Do you offer tea inspired events?
Yes we offer a full range of events from tutored tea tastings to cheese and tea pairings. We would be happy to discuss this with you in more detail so please Contact Page
I love tea. Can I learn more about tea preparation from you?
All of our teas come with temperature and steeping time included on the label. For leaf quantity, the general recommendation is one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup of hot water. Many tea types can be steeped and re-steeped so visit our Brewing Chart for a full explanation.
Do you sell pre-bagged tea?
We currently do not sell bagged tea. We search for innovative products from around the globe to provide our customers with different brewing options. Check out our cool stainless steel bag-inspired infusers, our rain-drop style infuser and our awesome selection of pot infusers. All can be found in the Accessories Section of the store.

Is your tea organic?
We continually strive to bring our customers organic products, but unfortunately the flavour of organic teas has is not always up to our standards as of yet. When we love an organic tea we are sure to include it in our collection and will state it is organic. We plan to grow our organic line over time, bringing you the best that we find.
What is the shelf life of tea?
Tea will loose its flavor over a period of time. This period of time varies among tea varieties and can begin to happen within the first year depending on how it is stored. Always try to store your tea in a dry place and out of direct sunlight.
