SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free in Ontario on orders over $50.00 excluding taxes and or coupons. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability.

We offer shipping rates through Canada Post Venture One and Federal Express. All options will be displayed with various delivery times and pricing at time of check out on your order. Rates vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination.

Please allow for two business days for your order to be processed.

NOTE: We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do ship to the United States however, there are certain details that you should be aware of. Orders are shipped via FedEx International Ground and may be subject to import costs, for which you will be responsible. International Ground shipments also apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Puerto Rico may only be shipped via FedEx International Economy.

In the event of a holiday, shipping may be delayed. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your shipping date, please contact us.
