A rare and exquisite tea from China’s Fujian province, with hints of rose, peaches and cream. 2 Doves is the least processed style of tea with a mild sweetness, a velvety flavour, and a fuller mouthfeel. It exhibits a delicate nuttiness or toast flavour. It is a fabulously delicate "buds" only white tea plucked from the Fujian Mountains.


Suggested Pairings: 2 Doves Silver Needle's delicate flavours and subtle sweetness pair well with mildly flavoured sweets, such as light shortbread or butter cake; but the finest white teas are best savoured alone.

Ingredients: Naturally withered Chinese white tea leaves

Brewing:1 tsp of loose leaf tea. Boil water then let cool to 185F, then steep 1-2 min.
